About

Atlas is a full-stack containerized tool to scan, analyze, and visualize network infrastructure dynamically. Built with Go, FastAPI, NGINX, and a custom React frontend, it provides automated scanning, storage, and rich dashboards for insight into your infrastructure. 🔗 URL: https://atlasdemo.vnerd.nl/ 👤 Username: admin 🔑 Password: change-me 1. Scans Docker Containers running on the host to extract: - IP addresses (supports multiple IPs per container) - MAC addresses (supports multiple MACs per container) - Open ports - Network names - OS type (from image metadata) - Each network interface is tracked separately Atlas is the open-source project karam-ajaj/atlas (https://github.com/karam-ajaj/atlas) by karam-ajaj, released under MIT. What version 3.3.4 may do

Internet

It asks to reach these hosts, and no others:

  • ifconfig.me
  • api.ipify.org

While your Personal Cloud builds it, the build asks to download from:

  • registry.npmjs.org
  • registry.yarnpkg.com
  • pypi.org
  • files.pythonhosted.org
  • github.com
  • codeload.github.com
  • objects.githubusercontent.com
  • dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org
  • deb.debian.org
  • security.debian.org
  • proxy.golang.org
  • index.crates.io
  • static.crates.io
  • dl.google.com
  • sum.golang.org
  • storage.googleapis.com

Containers on your Personal Cloud’s computer

Can see the containers on your Personal Cloud’s computer, their settings and logs (which may hold passwords): Shows your Docker containers and their networks on the map, and their logs

You choose the level on your Personal Cloud, and can give less. It never sees your Personal Cloud’s own containers or other apps’ ones, and cannot create containers with your folders or extra privileges.

Devices on your network

Can find the devices on your network (addresses, makers, names, open ports) on networks you choose: Maps the devices on your network: their addresses, names, makers and open ports

Asks to run on the network of your Personal Cloud’s computer itself, outside your Personal Cloud’s network controls (Personal Clouds on Linux).

Each scan needs your approval unless you allow it always, and it can reach a device it found only once you approve it.

Personal Cloud tools

None. It uses nothing from your Personal Cloud beyond its own storage.

Notifications

It does not send push notifications.

Storage

Up to 512 MB on your Personal Cloud.
