About
Freeze your intent before AI starts guessing. AI coding assistants are powerful, but they're working blind. Give them a vague prompt and they'll hallucinate architecture, invent inconsistent conventions, and create sprawl that's painful to refactor. The issue isn't the AI—it's underspecified intent. sketch2prompt fixes this by letting you define your system's structure before a single line of code gets written. You sketch components, assign responsibilities, pick your stack—and export specifications that tell AI exactly what to build and what boundaries to respect. sketch2prompt is the open-source project jmassengille/sketch2prompt (https://github.com/jmassengille/sketch2prompt) by jmassengille, released under MIT. Ion packages it unmodified from commit 932583af6ded, adding only a manifest, an icon and a storage compatibility script.
