Imperios 1800 2100

Imperios 1800 2100 is the open-source project alandaitch/imperios-1800-2100 (https://github.com/alandaitch/imperios-1800-2100) by alandaitch, released under MIT. Ion packages it unmodified from commit 30e7ff7f450e, adding only a manifest, an icon and a storage compatibility script.
