Taguette

A spin on the phrase "tag it!", Taguette __ is a free and open source qualitative research tool that allows users to: + Import PDFs, Word Docs (.docx), Text files (.txt), HTML, EPUB, MOBI, Open Documents (.odt), and Rich Text Files (.rtf). + Highlight words, sentences, or paragraphs and tag them with the codes you create. + (not yet) Group imported documents together (e.g. as 'Interview' or 'Lit Review'). + Export tagged documents, highlights for a specific tag, a list of tags with descriptions and colors, and whole projects. Check out our website to learn more about how to install and get started. __ Taguette is the open-source project remram44/taguette (https://github.com/remram44/taguette) by remram44, released under BSD-3-Clause. Ion packages it unmodified from commit 52fcdce95709, adding only a manifest, an icon and a start script.

Not rated. Nobody has said who this app is suitable for, so Personal Clouds and the Oikou app treat it as 18+.

Internet

It asks to reach nothing on the internet.

Personal Cloud tools

None. It uses nothing from your Personal Cloud beyond its own storage.

Notifications

It does not send push notifications.

Storage

Up to 512 MB on your Personal Cloud.

Its address

Works best with its own address. A Personal Cloud shared through Cloudflare can give it one; on a private Personal Cloud on Tailscale it opens under your Personal Cloud’s address, where it may not work fully. Private and shared Personal Clouds
