GeoIP is a client-side geospatial intelligence and telecommunications analysis dashboard. Designed with a high-contrast "Signal Noir" UI, it allows users to locate target IP addresses, acquire high-accuracy device GPS coordinates, preview Google Street View imagery, and perform phone number analysis based on international numbering plans.

About
GeoIP is a standalone front-end application that combines IP geolocation, device GPS, Google Street View, and international phone-number parsing in one operational dashboard. Its phone module recognizes numbering plans from around the world and updates the associated reference map automatically as the user types. The interface is intentionally designed for investigation, verification, and research workflows. It does not claim to reveal the live location of a phone from its number alone. The application has two independent investigation surfaces. GeoIP is the open-source project drJhonatan00/GeoIP (https://github.com/drJhonatan00/GeoIP) by drJhonatan00, released under MIT. Ion packages it unmodified from commit b4ac26d6f24c, adding only a manifest, an icon and a storage compatibility script.
