Local-first raster-to-vector desktop app. PNG/JPEG/BMP to SVG/EPS/DXF/PDF/PNG. No account, no credits, no subscription — offline by default, with one clearly-labeled opt-in exception (bring-your-own-key AI Enhance).

About

Drop in a PNG, JPEG or BMP. Get back SVG, EPS, DXF, PDF or PNG. No account, no credits, no subscription. Offline by default. Use it in your browser — no install, no account, and after the page loads it runs entirely on your machine. Download the app for macOS or Windows, which adds the command-line tracer and AI Enhance. Two destinations, not two stages. You might want it on your machine, or you might just want to run it in a tab; neither is a trial for the other. It is the same engine either way, and neither uploads your image. The desktop build differs in exactly two ways — the command-line tracer and AI Enhance — and Enhance is desktop-only for a reason worth stating: a browser has no safeStorage, and an API key sitting in localStorage would be a defect we chose rather than a feature we shipped. Getvect is the open-source project craigjmidwinter/getvect (https://github.com/craigjmidwinter/getvect) by craigjmidwinter, released under MIT. Ion packages it unmodified from commit ea3c52f9c33e, adding only a manifest, an icon and a storage compatibility script.
