It can be modified locally but the result will only be saved on the browsers localStorage and persist across sessions. Hiccup is the open-source project ashwin-pc/hiccup (https://github.com/ashwin-pc/hiccup) by ashwin-pc, released under MIT. Ion packages it unmodified from commit e290862229e9, adding only a manifest, an icon and a storage compatibility script.
